| Duties: | This position requires the ability to direct and coordinate the organization's goals and objectives. Also, candidates must have the knowledge of principles and methods for providing and training excellent guest service. It is important that our Managers build, coach, and develop their teams. This requires an ability to determine the staffing needs of their units, and interview, hire, and train new employees. Responsible for total restaurant operations, including P&L accountability. |
